The heat transmitters

The produced heat can be distributed in the house through classic radiators, floor heating systems or ventilators.

The Lemasson heat pump not only allows the distribution of constant heating in your home; it also produces all the hot sanitary water required by the family and heats your swimming pool.

A real “geothermic boiler”, it includes every function of a classic boiler, without any supplement of additional energy.
In summer, the process is reversed. Indeed, the Lemasson heat pump enables the distribution of a cool ambient temperature in the house (depending on available transmitters).
It then becomes the ideal partner for the comfort of the entire family.

Geothermal Energy

The basis

Our environment is abundantly supplied with renewable energy: all year long, earth and water accumulate calories provided by the sun’s radiation.
This renewable, free, and non-polluting energy, is naturally stored in the soil. The Lemasson Heat Pump, using the thermodynamic heating principle, more commonly known as geothermal heating, takes advantage of this free energy! It is regarded as the Third Millennium heating system.

The ground heat collectors

The buried horizontal collectors
allow the extraction of the superficial underground heat. They are set up in closed loops of polyethylene tubes containing a Glycol Antifreeze solution. They are buried in horizontal low-depth trenches (about 1 m).

The geothermal vertical collectors
, based on the same principle as the horizontal collectors, draw heat from deeper layers (down to 100 m). Because of reduced foot-print it is less damaging for the existing vegetation and less sensitive to surface effects.

Water drilling
allows recovering the heat from groundwater or wells. The aim is to draw the calories from the water by making it flow directly through the heat pump. Groundwater maximizes energetic performance (constant temperature all-year long around 12-14°C). The extracted water is returned to the underground through a second drilling

Underwater collectors
allow the extraction of the heat found in lakes or streams. They are custom designed and built with the most appropriate materials (polyethylene, copper or stainless steel).

The Heat-Pump

The Lemasson heat pump transfers the free ground heat, via collecting water, to your home, through the heating water. Only the energy consumed by the compressor is to be paid for. You then enjoy 4 to 5 KW of available energy, for the price of 1 KW provided for the compressor.
